I haven't been posting because of a month-long preparation for moving to Holland for a year. As a result: no cooking, no new recipes, no great chowhound-type finds, no waffles! I gotta say, my diet really suffers when stressed and moving seven years' worth of stuff out of the house. A breakdown of what we've been eating:
So, in essence, FRIED. A great way to prepare for famous fried Dutch snacks. :) I'll be back on point after we get there. So stay tuned for lots of Europe updates. Tot ziens!
