Happy Cookie Day! I mean, Sinterklaas!

Wow, my first post from the Netherlands. So today is Sinterklaas, and other than my general annoyance with Zwarte Piet (see my other blog for details), I've been eating tons of Sinterklaas sweets, specifically kruidnoten, the delicious tiny gingersnaps from this time of year. Time to stock up!


Hmmm, pour some milk on it and you could almost have cereal...

Those look delish. The problem for me with little cookies is that it's way too easy to eat about 15 in one sitting.
