Leave it to Filipinos to come up with the sweet and spicy. The only thing it's missing is salty... maybe dipping it in fish sauce will do the trick? :)

One of my favorite foods in the ICTY cafeteria (granted, not your paradigm of culinary inspiration, but the closest place for a lazy lawyer to get a snack) is a sandwhich with wasabi cream cheese. Who'da thought? Right there in the ICTY caf?

I also like Ube! It's a good flavor. Go to Hoops :D You might find some other wonderful flavors aside from Ube and Wasabi :D
